Neville loses Captaincy of Man Utd

Sir Alex Ferguson has said that Gary Neville will no longer wear the Captain's armband for Manchester United.

He will remain Club Captain, but the on-field duty will most likely go to Nemanja Vidic or Rio Ferdinand.

I think it's a good decision as Neville hardly has a consistent run in the team these days. I believe Vidic would be the perfect person to take over the Captaincy; he has all the qualities of a leader and, unlike Rio, he is a good player as well

  1. Hey Wilson, still think Gary's the right man to lead the team but have to agree with the decision to hand it to Vidic. He's been phenomenal especially when there's no Torres around (Lol). Hope this weekend's game between United and the Pool is really special.

  2. Yip, it's going to be a biggie. Hopefully Torres will have a better game than the one against Birmingham, otherwise Vidic will have a really quiet day.
